Welcome to Skip Hire Victoria. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our skip hire services. By booking a skip with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

- Customer: The individual or entity booking a skip hire service.
- Skip: The container provided for waste disposal, as specified in the booking details.
- Booking: The process of reserving a skip for a specified period and location.
Services Provided
Skip Hire Victoria offers a range of skip sizes to accommodate various waste disposal needs, including domestic, commercial, and industrial projects. Our services include delivery, collection, and safe disposal of waste materials in compliance with local regulations.
Booking and Payment
To book a skip, customers must provide accurate information regarding the type of waste, skip size, and location. Payment is required at the time of booking and can be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment methods. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
Cancellations and Refunds
Customers may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time without incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.
Use of Skips
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the skip is used in a safe and lawful manner. The following items are prohibited from being placed in the skip:
- Hazardous materials, including chemicals and asbestos
- Medical waste
- Electronic waste
- Vehicles or large machinery
Any prohibited items found will be removed at the customer's expense. Misuse of the skip may result in additional charges or legal action.
Responsibilities of the Customer
Customers must ensure that the placement area for the skip is accessible and does not obstruct public pathways or violate local zoning laws. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain any necessary permits or approvals for skip placement.
Liability
Skip Hire Victoria is not liable for any damage to property or injury to persons resulting from the placement or use of the skip, except where such damage or injury is directly caused by the negligence of our company. Customers are advised to take necessary precautions when using the skip.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.
Amendments to Terms
Skip Hire Victoria reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes through the contact information provided at the time of booking. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
